2015 Oregon Rural Practice-Based Research Network (ORPRN) convocation talk with Michael Parchman, April 16, 2015.  Dr. Parchman focuses on lessons we've learned through our LEAP project on team-based care. ORPRN is a statewide network of primary care clinicians, community partners, and academicians dedicated to studying the delivery of health care to rural residents and to reducing rural health disparities.
